Dedicated to people and building teams, building partnerships and building business, Mehran’s focus is to bring out the best in people. That’s why he’s developed a collaborative problem solving approach to the influencing, negotiation and decision making process.
One challenge that is always presented is emotional involvement. The very nature of human behaviour means emotions will be involved, which can impact our ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Recognising the relevance of the human emotion and behavioural decision making, Mehran guides executives, government officials and individuals through the maze of influencing and negotiation tactics, while building confidence in managing the complexity of the environment in which they operate. Throughout the journey, their influencing skills are developed, practised, and improved.
With over 27 years of experience in corporate, government and private industry in Negotiations, Business, Commercial, Contract and Project Management, Mehran brings credibility from a wealth of experience in delivering leading edge commercial projects and negotiating contracts, during which time he has analysed commercial success from various perspectives.
Mehran’s commercial background includes the oil & gas, civil aviation, consumer electronics and security industries.
